Grab a friend (or make a new one in class!) and move and groove with Clea Mae in the breathtaking Gelsey Kirkland Ballet studios in DUMBO, BK. We’ll have 90 minutes to Tone, Tighten, Tendu, Trim and Tuck together in this Barre/Cardio/Dance/Core Blasting extravaganza!!
This class will warm you up grooving to dope beats and then slowly heat up as we sculpt the lower body and arms with ballet inspired micro-movements, jumps (optional, don’t worry!) hip rolling and booty-shaking.
We’ll set the seat on fire… and enjoy the burn!!
After our booty-blasting, we’ll tend to our fabulous core and finish things off with a long and soothing full body stretch to stay long and open and aligned.
Sweat, Pulse, Shake, Laugh… we’ll do it all!
